Located above the Beaver Ponds that constitute the northern border of the Bear Creek Preserve, this property enjoys unrivaled views of the Box Canyon and Ballard Peak. Centrally located and convenient to everything, the Main Stage in Town Park is perfectly visible from both balconies.


Bedding: king bed, queen bed and queen bed.


The property comes with a designated parking space in a garage below the building. Guests have use of a private. lockable ski locker in the garage while in-residence. Climb one flight of stairs from the garage and the first door encountered is Unit 2D.


Inside the front door is a mud room with room for boots, shoes and jackets. The first guest bedroom is on the left side of the hallway on this floor, featuring a queen bed, en-suite bath with tub/shower combo and a large closet. At the end of this hallway is the Master Suite, with a King bed, flat screen TV, jetted tub, steam shower and an inviting balcony with wide open views of the mountains over the beaver ponds and the Bear Creek Preserve.


Up one flight of stairs near the front door takes you to the upper floor and the open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room seating for 6, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and large windows that pull the views and natural light into the condo. A second balcony is accessed from this level. The second guest bedroom is also on this level, featuring a queen bed and a large closet. There is also a full bath with tub/shower combo and one of the best Box Canyon views in all of Telluride.


This residence has wireless Internet, cable TV and is one block from the entrance to Telluride Town Park.
