- Cancellation
- 48 Hour notice is required. All cancellations inside of 48 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- Deposit
- One nights lodging is taken at the time of booking and the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival.

- Check in Time is 4:00 pm.

- Check out Time is 12 Noon
- Pets
- The Pagosa Lodge accepts pets for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. Pet charges will be collected at check in.
- Other
