Be Our Guest is a Large Mountain Home with comfortable and well appointed guest rooms. 3 with private baths and 3 baths to share. Each room is uniquely decorated and named. We also have an open sleeping loft with 5 twins for our budget minded travelers. Indulge in a deliciously prepared full breakfast, with most stays, served in the dining area or sun-room. You may enjoy reading or snoozing by the fireplace in The Lodge Room or relaxing on the deck while taking in the views and fresh air. We accommodate singles, couples, families and groups. Be Our Guest is nestled at the base of Jackson Mountain across from the San Juan River with good highway access and off road parking.

On this level there is also a full kitchen for those who plan to do some of their own cooking. Or, you may join others in the main dining area for breakfast and conversation. This level also has a nice common and dining area.

- Directions
- From ABQ take I-25 to Santa Fe, pick up US 84 all the way to Pagosa Springs. At US 160, turn right and proceed to MM 150. Turn left onto Harman Ave, turn left immediately onto Swiss Village Dr. and right into our drive way at 19 Swiss Village Dr. in San Juan River Village.
From Durango, take CO 172 to US 160. turn right and travel 60 miles to MM 150 then follow abve directions.
From Denver, take I-25 South to Walsengurg. Pick up US 160 and travel west about 3 hours to MM150. Turn right off 160 onto Harman Ave., turn left onto Swiss Village Dr. and right into our drive way.

- If booked directly with Be Our Guest, we prefer a 50% deposit within 10 days of reservation. We no longer accept credit cards. Cash, personal, business or travelers checks only.
- Cancellation
- 48 hour notice is accptable for most bookings. However, our Holiday and Special Event cancellation policy is as follows: All Holiday and Special Event Reservations Require a 50% Deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please, be sure of your plans before reserving rooms. This applies to but is not limited to Christmas Break, All Major Holidays, Spring Break, FolkWest Folk Festivals, Parelli Events, Bicycle Tours and GECKO Race Events
- Deposit
- When booked directly with Be Our Guest, a 50% deposit by check is preferred when time permits. On those ocassions when book and arrivals dates are very close, we will hold the room with a credit card.
- Check In
- 4 PM check in. In the case of a late arrival, please, call before 9 PM.
- Check Out
- 11AM.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed at this time in the ground floor rooms only.
- Other
- 48 hour notice is accptable for most bookings. However, our Holiday and Special Event cancellation policy is as follows: All Holiday and Special Event Reservations Require a 50% Deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is a No Smoking Facility. However, there are ash trays on the deck and on the porch. Please, do not toss cigarette butts in the yard or garden.
