Directions: From Denver International Airport:

From I-70 West, take the main Glenwood Springs exit #116, follow the signs to Aspen/Highway 82. Stay in the right lane. Travel South on Grand Avenue/Highway 82 through town (approximately 1 1/2 miles) to 27th Street (second light after Safeway). Turn right on 27th street. You will cross the Roaring Fork River. The road veers to the left, stay with it until you come to a stop sign. At the stop sign, turn right on County Road 117, also known as Four Mile Road. The Inn is 9 miles up this road. Watch for wildlife, especially at night. The Inn is on the left.

General: Rates are per room per night single or double occupancy and include a full hot breakfast. Each additional person is $12 per night. Children 12 and under no charge. Two night minimum stay required on Saturday nights. Holidays and special events may require 2-3 night minimum stays.
Cancellation: With 3 (three) days notice in advance of arrival a full refund less a $15 service fee will be made. If less than 3 days is given the deposit is forfeited. We will do our best to resell the room (s). If we can, a full refund less a $15 fee per room will be made. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure.
Deposit: We respectfully require a 50 percent deposit guarantee to hold your reservation.

Pets: Dogs under 25lbs are allowed in 4 of our 20 rooms during the Spring and Summer.
Other: Smoking is permitted outside the Inn. The restaurant, guest rooms, and lobby areas are non-smoking. At this time there are no TV's in the guest rooms. TV is available in the Bar and upstairs lounge. With 3 (three) days notice in advance of arrival a full refund less a $15 service fee will be made.
