Directions: Exit Interstate 70 at Glenwood Springs. Follow signage to Highway 82 toward Aspen. Stay on Hwy 82 passing Wal-Mart on your left. 1.5 miles south of Walmart you will turn right at the signal. The entrance to BUFFALO VALLEY MOTEL / BEAU JO'S Restaurant will be the first driveway on your left.

General: All rates are based on double occupancy and there is a $10 per person charge for each additional person. All rooms sleep a maximum of 4 persons. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in any rooms.
Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours there is no charge. Within 48 hours of your stay is one night stay charge.
Deposit: A credit card is required to reserve all rooms. Payment is due, in full, at the time of booking.
Check In: Check in is at 2:00 PM. There is not an office on-site. The keys to your accommodations will be in the lock box that is located at the managers apartment which is #2 located at the bottom of the only 2 story building. An envelope with your name and room number will be inside. Lock box code is 6-3-5.
Check Out: Check out time is 10:00 AM. Please leave the room keys in the room.
Pets: Pet friendly rooms are available. Please call for availability. Pets up to 20 LBS, a $10 per night per pet fee. Pets 21 LBS, a $15 per night per pet fee.
Other: Damage to the property or any additional charges incurred, will be charged to your credit card. If there are any problems with your unit, please notify the on-site Manager immediately so that we can have them corrected. The keys to your accomodations will be in the lock box that is located on the wall at the entrance to the Beau Jo's Resturant. An envelope with your name and room number will be inside. Lock box code is 6-3-5.
