This quality townhouse is located on the quiet side of Parkside Terrace with the pleasant sounds of a running creek and the views of unpopulated mountains while you entertain on the back balcony. It is conveniently located to all of the action----restaurants, train depot, taverns, river trail, train depot, golf course, etc.... They are all within walking or biking distance from the Terrace.
This is a 3 level townhouse with a 2 car garage and a utility room with a full sized washer and dryer at the lower level. The second level is the main living area with a nice open format. Our unit is that with the "high end upgrades" offered at the complex with AC, Surround Sound by Bose, Walk in Pantry, Stainless Steel Appliances, Half Bath on the Main level, extra lighting, gas fireplace, etc....The kitchen is ready for the cook and there are plenty of dishes, cups, and utensils for our guests. The third level offers two bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new queen mattress (the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on---wish I could take it) and the other bedroom has two beds, a full size and a twin size. A new hide-a-bed couch has been added to the living room.
Well behaved pets are ok.

This ground level, 1 bedroom, 1.25 bath condo is located at Durango Mountain Resort/Purgatory Ski Area only a short 5 minute walk to the Express Lift and ski plaza. Enjoy all the outdoor activities offered close by including snow mobiles, crosscountry skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding.

A great location any time of year. Of course all the snow in the winter offers plenty of outdoor fun. In the summer enjoy the peace and quiet of the San Juan Mountains. Enjoy spectacular fall colors when the aspens and oak are changing. Historic Downtown Durango is only a 25 minute scenic drive away. Silverton and Ouray are north along the San Juan Scenic Byway.

Vacation Accommodations of Durango (VAD) will contact you by e mail prior to your arrival and provide you with our rental agreement which will need to be signed and will require a credit card to hold on file as a damage deposit as outlined in our rental agreement. Check-in instructions will be provided after the signed rental agreement is returned to us prior to your arrival date.
