Cancellation: Full refund less $25.00 cancellation fee 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days, there is no refund.
Deposit: $250.00 deposit at time of booking. Balance 30 dsys prior to arrival. Bookings within 30 days of arrival require full payment.
Check In: 3 pm.
Check Out: 10 am.
Pets: Pets accepted in some units. Please notify manager to verify availability. $15.00 per day per pet additional. $250 refundable pet deposit with a separate pet agreement required.
