From our front deck you can enjoy spectacular views of Durango's famous red cliffs and fourteen thousand foot peaks or watch as the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad travels through the valley.
This split level family home has a spacious open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area that is perfect for groups and gatherings. The cozy living area invites you to relax in our reclining leather couches in front of a crackling fire. Downstairs you will find a den/game room with more couches, a second TV with PS2 and lots of movies and games, a perfect space for kids and teens. There are four bedrooms downstairs, three with queen beds and one with twin beds. The spacious master suite is upstairs and has a travertine two person walk-in shower and a small private deck. The middle bathroom has a recessed soaking tub in front of a picture window overlooking the back yard. The downstairs entrance has a large mudroom for wet gear and boots. Durango Mountain Resort is only a 20 minute drive away and 5 minutes down the road is Trimble Hot Springs and Spa with an Olympic sized pool. There is ample parking in front for large vehicles.

- Imprint of credit card for the amount of $500 is taken at check-in as a security deposit. If no damages to the house occur imprint will be voided. 50% Deposit required for reservations. Damage Waiver, Signed Credit Card.
