The largest zipline adventure in the world is here in Durango, Colorado! With 27 unique spans over beautiful mountain scenery, across Aspen and Old-Growth Ponderosa forest and criss-crossing the mighty Animas River, Soaring Tree Top Adventures' Zipline is a full-day of family-friendly adventure.
Soaring® Tree Top Adventures, located in Durango, Colorado, is the largest, safest zip line canopy tour course in the world. 34 platforms, over 27 spans ranging from 56 to 1,400 feet and several unique elements to get into and out of the trees make up the zipline course. Soaring® lasts for an exhilarating 5.5 hours. During your adventure you will soar over a mile and a half of zipline spans, stop for a water/snack break, and have time to enjoy a four-course gourmet lunch in the trees.
Eco Ranger specialists are in the trees and on the course to talk to guests about the unique old-growth forest and its inhabitants. Guests ride the Durango & Silverton Railroad to access our remote property, offering two unique adventures in one day. Guests ages 5-91 have experienced this family-friendly zipline adventure.

For someone who wants to accompany their family or friends going Soaring but do not want to go Soaring themselves, Day Guests are non-Soaring guests who accompany Soaring family/friends to Tall Timber and follow the group on the ground. Included in the price in the price is your round-trip, First Class train transportation in Soaring's new private luxury train cars and lunch with the group, as well as the opportunity to take photos of your group Soaring and to enjoy the beautiful property for the day.
Soaring Tree Top Adventures: Adult (12 +) - Full Day
The all-inclusive cost for Soaring Tree Top Adventures is $439 per person, which includes your round-trip, First Class train transportation in Soaring's new private luxury cars, a full day of Soaring, a four-course epicurean lunch served on an elevated platform in the trees, your Sky Ranger guides, a complete eco-tour with our Eco Rangers while out Soaring, and all of the equipment required to participate in Soaring. Please note there are no extra fees, taxes, tips or additional costs. Soaring has a strict no tipping policy. Soaring Canopy Tours® can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests per day.

Tall Timber Legend Car
Soaring is running its own First Class train car experience, on the Tall Timber Legend cars for its guests. Guests who are not going Soaring but are riding the train round-trip to Silverton for the day have the opportunity to book these First Class seats through Soaring

- With no road access, the company's tour package also includes Durango's main tourist draw, the historic Durango Railroad, offering guests two exciting adventures in one day. Soaring guests travel to and from the remote zipline location in their own private First Class cars on the world-famous steam train.

- Cancellation
- Cancellations (up to 7 days in advance of your Soaring date): You will receive a refund minus a $20 per person Soaring cancellation fee and $15.75 per person adult and $8.75 per person child train ticket fee by the Railroad.
Cancellations (within 7 days of Soaring date): There are NO refunds for Soaring within 7 days of your Soaring date.

- Paid at the time of making reservation. Changes to Reserved Soaring dates: Dates may be changed, subject to availability. Soaring charges a $10 per person change fee and there is a $ 7.75 per train ticket change fee .
- Other
- Cancellations: (up to 7 days in advance of your Soaring® date): Full refund.
Cancellations: (within 7 days of your Soaring® date): A fully transferable dollar credit may be used for to reserve a future Soaring® date. Should the rate increase prior to using the credit, the guest will pay the rate difference.
-For your safety, please wear close-toed shoes (i.e. no part of foot exposed), long-pants are encouraged, bring rain gear and ensure that long hair is tied back.
-Small camera allowed. We do also provide lockers free of charge for your valuables and no cell phones in trees.
- Non-smoking property and alcohol is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in immediate "grounding" and no refunds are given.
- Please note, Soaring adventures depart rain or shine.
